How do I place an order?
Choose your magnet set, upload your photos directly on the product page, and check out! You should get a confirmation email right after, with the shipping or delivery details.
What size are the photo magnets?
Each magnet is 2x2cm - small but mighty! Perfect for displaying on fridges, lockers, even your washing machine and microwaves! Our magnets are displayable on any metallic surface.
What materials do you use?
All magnets are made with high-quality photo paper, mylar gloss sheet, strong magnetic backing (holds up to 3-5 A4 sheets) and metallic backing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As I'm currently only focus on local (Alice Springs, NT) orders, I am currently attempting to do weekly deliveries as long as orders consistent. Processing will be 2-3 days, and I will either do a large meet-up on a public space or do personal deliveries. Please be patient with our processes as we are figuring what works the best!
Do you ship outside out Alice Springs?

Australia-wide Shipping:
Standard shipping (2-8 business days): $6.50
Express shipping: (1-4 business days): $9.50
International Shipping:
Flat rate with tracking via Australia post (6-27 days): $20
Can I use screenshots or old photos?
If that is the "vibe" you're going for, then yes. If not, please only send high-quality images. What you send is what I print, so make sure it's clear and well-cropped.
Can I request a custom design (Like a logo or quote)?
If you're looking for a minimal design with 3-5 elements, yes. If it's a more detailed request, not at the moment. Any requests can be requested at our contact section.
Do you offer bulk or event orders?
Absolutely! I offer bulk rates for businesses, weddings, and special events. Please head to the contact page or email for such requests.
What's your return/refund policy?
Because each item is custom-made, I don't offer returns unless item arrives damaged. If there's an issue, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.
